1. Data We Collect

JugaBe stores game progress, settings, and daily reward state exclusively on your device using standard mobile storage (SharedPreferences and SQLite). We do not transmit any personally identifiable information to external servers.

The app does not require account registration, login, or any form of personal data entry.

2. How Data Is Used

Locally-stored data is used solely to:

• Save your level progress and star ratings
• Track your ember balance and forge upgrades
• Remember your accessibility preferences (colorblind mode, reduced flash)
• Determine whether you have completed the onboarding tutorial

3. Storage and Retention

All data is kept on your device indefinitely until you uninstall the app or clear app data through your device settings. There is no server-side storage. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

4. Third-Party Services

JugaBe uses flutter_local_notifications to deliver optional 24-hour reminder notifications. These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device and do not transmit any data externally.

No analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or social sign-in frameworks are included in JugaBe.

5. Offline Operation

JugaBe functions fully offline after installation. No network connection is required to play. The app does not make background network requests during gameplay.

6. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, JugaBe may send a single optional reminder notification 24 hours after your last session to invite you back. You can revoke notification permission at any time through your device settings. Doing so has no effect on gameplay.

7. Your Rights

Because we store no data on external servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. All your data lives on your own device, under your full control. To delete it, simply uninstall the app.

8. Children's Privacy

JugaBe is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users, as the app contains no data collection mechanisms.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
